Memory Lane Collage

Framed Collage

Begin with a little rummaging. Look through old photographs, saved cards, ticket stubs, handwritten recipes, bits of fabric, magazine clippings, or those small keepsakes we hold onto without quite knowing why.

Choose a person, place, celebration, or chapter of your life and arrange the pieces into a collage that tells its story. Layer things, tear the edges, add color, and write a few words in your own handwriting. Include a date, a remembered phrase, or something you never want to forget.

There is no need to put everything in perfect order. Memories rarely arrive that way.

Tip: Use copies of photographs rather than irreplaceable originals. A glue stick is easy to handle and gives you time to move things around before deciding where they belong.
